We C.A.R.E. For All is a nonprofit organization strengthening families and communities through Holistic Wellness, culturally responsive Health Services, and family-centered Community Support.

The Origin of We C.A.R.E. For All
We C.A.R.E. For All was born from the intersection of unlikely paths shaped by justice, service, and survival. What began as three women working in different industries—law enforcement, government enforcement, and corporate strategy—became a shared mission to heal what systems often overlook: the human beings within them.
Jeniece Franklin
A Voice From Within the System
As a former Child Support Enforcement Officer, Jeniece saw firsthand how families—especially those navigating divorce, poverty, and co-parenting—were being fractured rather than supported. She also brought the lens of a seasoned hospitality and events expert, understanding how to create spaces that feel safe, intentional, and dignified. Jeniece's pivot from enforcer to advocate became a personal revolution—one where the focus shifted from compliance to compassion. Her experiences fueled the foundation of Community Support as one of the organization’s core pillars.
Shannon Starzyk
From Public Safety to Holistic Safety
Shannon’s background as a Deputy Sheriff and POST-certified trainer gave her unique insight into the complexities of reentry, trauma, and public health. As a Psy.D. candidate, she has dedicated her life to understanding the psychological needs of those burdened by duty and those often criminalized alike. Her work with formerly incarcerated individuals and youth informed We C.A.R.E. 's commitment to culturally rooted, trauma-informed support that balances structure with healing. She ensures that public safety is reframed as community well-being—not just enforcement.
Michele Condon
Financial Freedom Rooted in Wellness
With a career that spanned Bio-Tech, Real Estate, and Financial Services, Michele brought a systems-thinking lens and a heart for empowerment. Her work with families navigating financial instability exposed a massive gap in culturally competent education around wealth-building and long-term planning. At We C.A.R.E. For All, she leads efforts in Holistic Wellness and Financial Stability, helping community members build generational wealth and confidence—starting with oral health, insurance literacy, and economic healing.
