Who We Are
We C.A.R.E. For All began with a moment of clarity and calling.

One afternoon, Michele Condon was on her way to meet two women she admired—Jeniece Franklin and Shannon Starzyk—who were working at a local nonprofit and helping connect community members with resources. The original reason for the meeting had changed, but they encouraged her to still stop by.
As Michele pulled onto the main street near her home, she felt a clear message: she was about to start a nonprofit with these two women—one that would serve the community in a meaningful way.
The name came just as clearly: We C.A.R.E. For All.
C.A.R.E. would represent the values guiding the work ahead: Community Action, Resources, and Education.
By the time Michele arrived for the meeting, the vision had already taken root. Together, they embraced the idea of building an organization dedicated to expanding access to resources, strengthening families, and empowering communities.
Today, that vision continues to grow through initiatives that support financial wellness and family stability, maternal and perinatal wellness, mental and emotional well-being, and access to preventive oral health care—because when families are supported in every dimension of wellness, entire communities have the opportunity to thrive.
Our Mission
We C.A.R.E. For All works to strengthen families and communities by expanding access to health resources, promoting wellness education, and building pathways to long-term stability.
